Ingredients
1/4 cup each of:
Sesame seeds
Pepita or Pumpkin seeds
Sunflower seeds
Optional
1/4 cup of Walnuts or Pecans
Directions
1. Line baking tray with baking paper.
2. Place seeds on tray and slow bake on approx 160C for around 30 minutes. Stir once during cooking time.
3. Allow to cool in oven.
4. Put seeds in air tight jar and use as required.
Serving suggestions
Sprinkle over salads and stir fry vegetables.
Comments
The addition of a seed sprinkle with it's crunchy nutty flavour can add another dimension to a salad.
